Spring Beanz took over the old patisserie on the corner and gave it back its awning. Same red, same view of the square — a kitchen that keeps things simple and does them properly.
Coffee pulled on the house blend. Eggs any way before the train. Sandwiches and baguettes built to order at lunch, a cabinet of tarts and friands, and a bowl of water by the door for the dog.
